On April 3rd, Russian Prime Minister Mishustin delivered the government's work report for 2023 to the State Duma (lower house of parliament). He stated that in the field of foreign economic cooperation, Russia successfully thwarted Western attempts to block its foreign trade. Last year, Russia's federal budget revenue increased by nearly 5% compared to the previous year, and it resolved the long-standing financing issues for large-scale infrastructure, bringing bright prospects for Russia's infrastructure construction. On January 19, the “General Technical Requirements for Automatic Block Production Line” industry standard project review meeting (hereinafter referred to as the “review meeting”) hosted by the National Building Materials Industry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee and undertaken by Qunfeng Machinery was successfully held in Quanzhou, Fujian.

According to Xinhua News Agency, during the "14th Five-Year Plan," Xiangyang City in Hubei Province plans to implement 76 key tasks and 91 key projects, with a total planned investment of 10.8 billion yuan, aiming to promote the construction of a "zero-waste city." Since 2020, Xiangyang City has consistently prioritized "Zero Waste Xiangyang" in government work reports for two consecutive years and has been listed as a key task for three consecutive years. This policy has significantly increased the demand for solid waste treatment in Xiangyang and the surrounding areas, leading to the expansion and upgrade of the industry. As a solid waste treatment equipment manufacturer, Qunfeng has attracted many local enterprises from Xiangyang to visit and cooperate with its production base.

Since the launch of the comprehensive pilot work for "Zero Waste City" in China at the end of 2018, the number of cities and regions covered by "Zero Waste City" has expanded from "11 pilot cities and 5 special case cities" to "113 pilot cities and 8 special case cities" by 2022. These achievements signifies that China's "Zero Waste City" construction has entered a phase of comprehensive rollout and quality improvement.

In September 2023, the QS1300 automatic block production line, designed, manufactured, and provided with full installation and training services by Qunfeng, was officially put into use in Colombo, the commercial capital of Sri Lanka. This production line will participate in the construction of ports in the Colombo area, vigorously supporting the upgrading of infratructure in Sri Lanka.
