The client is a leading enterprise in sand industry technological innovation, recognized as one of China's first batch of high-tech and innovative enterprises. They have long been engaged in research on the application of wind-blown sand and tailings sand. They aimed to combine their expertise in wind-blown sand applications with sponge city projects by customizing brick-making equipment. Qunfeng has successfully developed 8 fully automatic permeable brick production lines for them. These production lines are capable of utilizing wind-blown sand as the main raw material, ensuring energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and economic viability.
The permeable bricks produced using Qunfeng's equipment have been widely used in the paving of roads, squares, and pedestrian walkways in various locations in Beijing, including the Bird's Nest, Water Cube Square, and other areas. After years of testing, these bricks have proven to be durable, maintaining their integrity and strong permeability performance.
