Project introduction:
The customer is a sanitation company based in Taiwan, specializing in the collection of urban solid waste, municipal sludge, industrial waste, and other waste materials through sanitation equipment. They focus on turning urban waste into valuable resources by producing various types of concrete products such as hollow bricks, paving bricks, curbstones, and solid bricks.
Qunfeng has developed a brick production line for them, which is currently the smallest fully automatic line among Qunfeng's global clients. This production line processes textile waste residue, urban solid waste, and other materials to produce bricks. Before the project commenced, Qunfeng's technical team conducted multiple on-site inspections, designed a three-dimensional production line, and assisted the customer in setting up the factory. They provided effective suggestions for various environmental assessment aspects such as noise and dust, ultimately facilitating the smooth implementation of the project and helping the customer achieve high production capacity within limited space.
