Equipment configuration: The Dual-Line QS1300 Fully Automatic Construction Waste Brick Production Line
Project introduction:
In response to the call for the construction of a 'Zero Waste City' in Jiangsu Province, the customer aimed to build a large-scale solid waste treatment center. However, due to the diverse types of solid waste generated locally, such as construction debris, they had been unable to find suitable production equipment. Qunfeng Machinery customized the QS1300 fully automatic construction waste brick production line for them. This line is capable of utilizing solid waste materials such as fly ash, slag, coal gangue, coal slag, and industrial waste slag for resource utilization. It also incorporates an automatic palletizing system, enabling highly automated production.
In March 2022, two Qunfeng QS1300 fully automatic construction waste brick production lines were simultaneously put into operation in Jiangsu. The dual lines can handle 400,000 tons of construction waste annually, producing 600,000 square meters of pavement bricks. This significantly contributes to the reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization of construction waste in Jiangsu Province, injecting more vitality into the process.
